We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full scheduled service. However, if you arrive early, you’re more than welcome to relax in our lobby or take a moment to browse our selection of beauty & wellness products.

Upon arrival, our front desk team will greet you and guide you through the check-in process which includes filling out a short form if you are a first-time guest.

Your hair appointment is a custom service, and we are always happy to talk through your personal needs and hair goals, whether you’re looking for a new style, color, or treatment. Your stylist will ensure a thorough consultation to understand your needs and offer advice. We are also happy to make product recommendations tailored to your hair type and style, helping you maintain your fresh, salon-curated look at home.

In the event that your stylist is running late, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our utmost to still provide you with the full service as scheduled.

To maintain a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all guests, we ask that you:

Please note: Our salon services are available to guests ages 12 and older.

We invite you to arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled treatment so you can ‘leave your day at the door’ and begin your spa experience in a calm and unhurried way. This allows you time to enjoy our robe and slipper service, relax in our quiet lounge, and begin to relax before your service begins.

After escorting you into the spa, and locker rooms, you can sip on herbal tea or infused water as you settle into the serene ambiance, designed to help you disconnect and fully indulge in the moment. Arriving early ensures we can start your treatment on time, so you can enjoy every minute of your visit.

To ensure a tranquil experience for all guests, we ask that you:

We offer men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and amenities for your comfort. You’re welcome to freshen up before or after your treatment.

After your service, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary 15-minute sauna session—a soothing way to enhance your relaxation and support your body’s natural recovery.

Please note: Our spa is an adult-only environment, and all guests must be 18 years or older to access the spa and its amenities.
