General Policies
Reservation requirements
- A credit card is required to secure all appointments
- Appointment reminders are sent via text at 72 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled time
Cancellation policy
- 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 50% of service cost will be charged - Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of service cost will be charged
- Personal emergencies and illness are exceptions but must be disclosed when contacting us
Contacting us
- Voicemail and messages are checked remotely
- If cancelling during closed hours or weekends, you must leave a message to avoid charges
Late arrival policy
- Arrivals 15+ minutes late: Service time may be shortened with full price charged
- Arrivals 30+ minutes late: Appointment may be cancelled with full price charged
Rebooking after missed appointments
- We reserve the right to refuse rebooking after inadequate-notice cancellations
- Future appointments may require non-refundable prepayment
- Prepaid appointments missed without adequate notice are non-refundable
Service satisfaction
- If you’re unhappy with any service, please contact our front desk within 2 weeks
Children & Young Adult Policy
We are committed to providing a comfortable, restful and relaxing environment for all our guests and because of this:
- We do not provide services for children under 12 years of age in the Salon.
- Spa guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and approved ahead of time by a Spa manager.
- We do request that children do not accompany your appointment, and note that all our service and treatment areas are designated for those receiving services only.
